With ELOTRACK, you define what happens at delivery – and what is recorded in the process. Waiting times, crane times, photos, handover confirmations: the driver is guided step by step through your workflow while the shipment is tracked via GPS. Whatever the driver enters appears in ELOGATE immediately and moves on – after your approval, all the way to the haulier settlement and the invoice to the recipient. For some of our customers, the recipient has the invoice in their inbox within minutes of delivery, including every service provided during unloading.

Assign the driver

The driver scans the QR code on the delivery document – that is all it takes to get started. Alternatively, the carrier assigns them in its service provider portal, or you do it yourself.

Track the transport

From the start, the app reports the position. The recipient automatically receives their delivery notification by text message.

Document the delivery

The driver works through your workflow: waiting times, crane times, photos, signature, handover confirmations – exactly in the form you have defined.

Process the data further

Everything lands in ELOGATE automatically and carries on from there – through to carrier settlement and the invoice to the recipient.

FAQ on ELOTRACK

ELOTRACK is ELOGATE’s driver app for tracking status, location and digital proof of delivery. It brings the driver on board – downloading the app is all it takes.

Telematics can handle pure GPS tracking too. You need ELOTRACK where it goes beyond that – for an individual delivery process with photos, a signature and your own steps, for example.

Upon arrival at the destination, the driver records the proof directly in the app, including a photo, a signature and any additional information you define. The receipt is immediately fed back into the process and can be accessed digitally.

Real‑time visibility consolidates all transport data, including data from external telematics – and comes with its own driver app for vehicles that are not connected. You use ELOTRACK deliberately where you want to be closer to the driver and, above all, when the proof of delivery needs to follow your own design.

The driver uses a mobile app on their smartphone – without the need to fit any additional hardware in the vehicle.
