Yes. The documents are available within the process – internally for your team and for the service provider involved – without anyone having to forward them again.

Upon arrival at the destination, the driver records the proof directly in the app, including a photo, a signature and any additional information you define. The receipt is immediately fed back into the process and can be accessed digitally.

Yes. The ERP system retains control over your data. ELOGATE handles the transport processing and reports the results back – it does not replace the ERP system.

Orders and delivery data are transferred from the ERP system to ELOGATE, whilst results such as price, supplier, status, costs and supporting documents are sent back – bidirectionally and automatically.

Only if you want to. Many customers build the interface to ELOGATE themselves – our standard interface is documented for exactly that. We are just as happy to build it for you, or to use and map the standard interfaces of your ERP system.

The integration is based on many years of project experience and operates reliably. Because it is standardised, a site can go live more quickly than with a bespoke interface.

Instead of checking a freight invoice, ELOGATE settles accounts using a credit note system. Every accepted service automatically generates an outstanding item, which is aggregated and settled via a credit note – eliminating the need for manual checking.

Under the credit note procedure, the manufacturing company issues the credit note itself, as the transport order is processed via ELOGATE. The carrier does not need to issue an invoice – this avoids the need for invoice verification and process disruptions on both sides.

The service provider records unplanned services directly and forwards them via a structured approval process. Only services that have been checked and approved are invoiced.

Yes. Invoicing data is transmitted via XML/EDI and transferred directly into the ERP and accounting systems as e‑invoices in accordance with EN 16931, using standardised formats such as ebInterface.

As only checked and approved services are included in the invoice and the terms and conditions are stored in the system, discrepancies do not arise in the first place – over‑invoicing and incorrect invoices are avoided.

The standard procedure at ELOGATE is the credit note process, as it completely avoids the need for invoice verification. Where a process does, however, rely on carrier invoices, these are checked against the stored terms and conditions with the aid of the system and then approved – again, without the need for manual line‑by‑line reconciliation.
