We have news: we are broadening our leadership team for the next growth phase and sharpening responsibilities at the same time.
The new leadership structure has been in preparation since mid-2025 – a deliberate strategic decision. The team, the product and our implementation and service processes have reached a point that allows responsibility to be distributed more broadly and more clearly. We are very proud that we can fill all four positions from our own ranks, because that keeps valuable colleagues and knowledge in the company.
The four roles
Stefan Wiesbauer takes over as CEO and managing director of SATIAMO GmbH. As Head of Implementation & Customer Success, Stefan built up the implementation and customer side of the business to a large extent. Before that he led product management and had been involved in every strategic decision for many years. Stefan therefore knows ELOGATE from several decisive perspectives: from the product through implementation to the daily work with customers.
Martin Schwaiger remains managing director and, as CSO, will focus more on the market, on customers and on strategic partnerships. As co‑founder, Martin has been there from day one. He has shaped SATIAMO and ELOGATE from the very beginning and will now bring his experience to bear specifically on market and company development.
Thomas Fischer is responsible as CTO for the product architecture, the technological direction and the further development of the ELOGATE platform. Thomas has shaped the technical development of ELOGATE almost since SATIAMO was founded. He wrote the first line of code for ELOGATE and knows the platform down to the last technical detail.
Manuel Schlager takes on operations, delivery, customer success and system stability as COO. Over recent years, Manuel has played a major part in building the operational structures and processes. Manuel makes sure that ELOGATE runs reliably, that releases are rolled out in a controlled way, that the servers stay stable and that support works with a quality manager’s eye.
Clear processes need clear responsibilities. That is as true in transport management as it is in our own company.
